ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY AND USER AGREEMENT (the “ Agreement”) As a member of the Illicit Awakening community you are expected to read, understand, and comply with the terms of the agreement. You are expected to comply with all applicable rules and regulations. Illicit Awakening reserves the right to interrupt the service at anytime. You understand if there is interruption or unavailability of the service and agree information on accounts may be lost at anytime. Illicit Awakening does not sell any virtual or physical goods. ACCOUNT When you create an account, you are creating this account for yourself. You cannot create accounts for others. Account sharing, including with family members or friends is not allowed. You are not allowed access accounts that were created by others without explicit consent. Do not give others access to your account(s) unless they are authorized and authenticated to do so. When you create an account, you are using the Illicit Awakening service; you do not own the account, ingame characters, ingame items or anything else on the account. All accounts are private property of Illicit Awakening and owned by Illicit Awakening. Illicit Awakening reserves the right to delete or alter any account or anything on, within or related to the account at anytime if deemed necessary. Illicit Awakening will delete your accounts if you make an excessive number amount of accounts. You must control unauthorized physical access of your account(s) and information resources by preventing others from obtaining access to your computer or physical systems. Likewise, you are also responsible for protecting your information resources from unauthorized electronic access. Insecure computer or account may provide an access point for other information resources or attempting to gain greater unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities conducted on your account(s). You are responsible for all charges accrued on your account(s) even if "something else" was using your account(s) with or without your permission. If you suspect someone may have discovered or guessed your password, report it to administrators and authorized personnel immediately. ACCEPTABLE USE All users and community members are encouraged to use electronic communications for legitimate activities only. Access to the Illicit Awakening electronic communications services is a privilege, and certain responsibilities accompany that privilege. Users and community members are expected to use them in an ethical and responsible manner based on common sense and common decency. Use resources appropriately. Do not interfere with the activities of others that are outside of normal game play or deliberately causing problems. Illicit Awakening respects the contents of your electronic communications and monitors data transmitted across Illicit Awakening's network and services. Illicit Awakening monitors for known patterns of attack or compromise, the improper release of confidential data or to troubleshoot, debug and analyze problems or issues. Personnel authorized to analyze network traffic does not disclose any information without approval from the ownership. Illicit Awakening does not review electronic communication for the purpose of determining whether impermissible activity is occurring. However, if administrators become aware of activity that poses a risk to the proper operation, the authorized personnel may review communications and disable or block access to the services or systems involved if they are deemed to pose a risk to operations. Illicit Awakening may log or record the following, your IP address, OS name and version, browser user agent string, cpu/gpu name. Collected information may be used to analyze trends, determine design specifications or identify performance or problem areas. Illicit Awakening does not sell or dispute personal information. All stored electronic data, files, messages, documents or records residing or contained on Illicit Awakening is private property of Illicit Awakening. When you use electronic correspondence on Illicit Awakening it should be assumed to be private and confidential. All data is accessed on a need to know basis and is owned by Illicit Awakening. Illicit Awakening services and resources cannot be used to conduct a personal business for the exclusive benefit of individuals or organizations that are not a part Illicit Awakening. Users are all expected to help protect information resources on Illicit Awakening. Protecting information resources is not the sole responsibility of administrators and it is the responsibility of all users. You are not allowed to circumvent client, server or network electronic procedures or to attempt to gain access where you are not allowed. And you cannot deliberately scan or probe any resource related to Illicit Awakening. You cannot disclose any data or information that is otherwise confidential, restricted or could degrade performance or deprive access to Illicit Awakening. This includes attempts to edit, disable or bypass client or server software or Illicit Awakening computer systems. You cannot attempt to access data contained on Illicit Awakening that you do not have authorization for or explicit consent. All computers connecting to Illicit Awakening servers must run current version of client software. This software must not be disabled, edited or modified. Computers found to be infected with a virus or other malicious code will be disconnected from Illicit Awakening. Concealing or misrepresenting your name or affiliation to dissociate yourself from responsibility for your actions is not allowed. You cannot falsify your identity or enable others to falsify identity. Identify yourself clearly and accurately in all electronic communications to administrators and Illicit Awakening staff is required. Failure to comply with the all the terms and User Agreement may result in cancellation of your privilege of use. Ignorance is not an excuse for a violation of the terms and User Agreement. In-game Rules and Regulations. All Players are subject to the rules and regulations stated below. Failure to follow the rules; are you subject to loss of experience, loss of character(s) level, loss of skill points, loss of character(s)'s skills, getting PKed by the GMs, and/or termination of account access. Please respect the rights of others and their rights to play on this server. You will not spam, floor or zerg the chat. Players found creating problems are subject to loss of experience and/or termination of account access. You may not impersonate any GM, and do not ask to become a GM. You may not use explicit, threatening, abusive, or racially offensive language. You may not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations. Using offensive language and/or personal verbal attacks to GM are subject to loss of experience, loss of character(s) level, loss of skill points, getting pked by the GMs, and/or termination of account access. Do not beg other players for adena or ingame items, Do not ask GMs for adenas or ingame items. GMs do not give players ingame items of any type, and do not give players abnormal ingame player stats. GMs do not give experience, skill points, and/or level(s) to players for any reason. Even if there is client/server lag and your character takes loss of experience. Excessive "begging" of players for ingame items, ingame currency, GM and/or abnormal status, experience, skill points, and/or level(s) will be subject to loss of experience, loss of character(s) level, loss of skill points, getting PKed by the GMs, and/or termination of account access. Items ingame are "as is" If you lose an item for any reason it will not be returned. All items trades are final, you are liable for an loss of items. You may not use unauthorized third party software. If found, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken and your account access may be terminated. You may not "grief buff" players. Do not deliberately exploit any bugs or errors. If you find a bug or error report it to administrators and authorized personnel immediately. The amount of each single stackable item is 2,147,483,647. (two billion, one hundred forty-seven million, four hundred eighty-three thousand, six hundred forty-seven) If you obtain a greater amount it will "rollover". Any lost items will not be restored. Scamming players ingame for adena or other items is not allowed. Illicit Awakening does not, and will not support the sale of buffs in towns or peace zones. Illicit Awakening reserves the right at to terminate account access to anyone at anytime who is selling buffs in town without any prior notice. GMs can jail any player selling buffs in town without any prior notice.
