All the weapons sold from the traders and dropped by the raid bosses have SAs on them. Some weapons that have more powerful SAs cost more. The base price for tier one is 1000 adena and for tier two is 2000. In addition the weapons have no crystal value. As a result if your weapon fails while enchanting you will not receive any crystals.
